  17. WAVShuffler Lite is a special version of WAVShuffler that does not include VBRUN300.DLL in the WAVSHUFL.ZIP download file.  While this does dramatically reduce the transfer time, please be mindful that you must have the VBRUN300.DLL file on your system for this to work.
